Gabriella Goddard

Gabriella Goddard is a British leadership coach, innovation strategist, author, and entrepreneur best known as the founder and CEO of Brainsparker Ltd, a company focused on creativity, innovation, and leadership development. With more than two decades of experience, she has worked with senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations across industries including aerospace, healthcare, financial services, FMCG, technology, and media. Goddard launched the Brainsparker Creativity Coaching app in 2013 to help individuals overcome creative blocks and generate new ideas. The app has reached more than 550,000 users globally and has ranked among the Top 10 creativity apps in the United States and United Kingdom. Her work and insights on creativity and leadership have been featured in publications including Forbes, The New York Times, and My Modern Met.

In addition to her work at Brainsparker, Goddard has served as a mentor and advisor for organizations and initiatives including the UK Space Agency Accelerator, UNOOSA Space4Women, the EIC Women Leadership Program, and World Space Week Astropreneurs.
