ABOUT
Alexis Soubran is a Mexico City-based marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and author specialising in revenue systems for global brands entering Mexico and Latin America. With nearly a decade of experience operating across Mexico, LATAM, the United States, Europe, and Asia, he is widely regarded as one of the most data-driven independent marketing operators in the region.
He is the CEO of Minimalist Agency, one of Mexico’s leading independent digital agencies and one of the first four TikTok Marketing Partners in Latin America. Under his leadership, Minimalist has earned Google Premier Partner and Meta Business Partner status, and has delivered measurable growth for brands including SharkNinja, AMD, Bitso, Edenred, Zeekr, Lynk & Co, Nintendo, OnePlus, Miele, Motorola, Royal Canin, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Soubran works as a fractional executive through three engagement modes: Revenue Systems Diagnostics, System Builds, and Fractional Operator retainers. His methodology is documented in his 2025 book, Oops, I Bought It: What’s Behind Influencer Marketing, which introduces the Perfluencer Marketing framework — a methodology fusing influencer activation with performance accountability that consistently delivers 4:1 ROAS.
Beyond his agency work, Soubran is a lecturer at Escuela de Mercadotecnia (EDEM) and faculty at Colectivo 23 / Kätedra, a speaker at the Merca2.0 National Digital Marketing Congress, and the vocalist and composer of Mexico City-based indie rock band Cavane. He speaks Spanish, English, and Italian.
