ABOUT

Amb. Dr Iris Zemza Nozizwe Mhlanga is a distinguished Zimbabwean humanitarian leader, social entrepreneur, global influencer, and Founder and Executive Director of the Nozizwe Mother Of Nations Trust. Since 2018, she has led transformative initiatives that uplift vulnerable communities through sustainable solutions in food security, education, healthcare, and community development.

Through her leadership, she has impacted over 5,000 beneficiaries, supported more than 1,000 scholars, established 6 community soup kitchens, and continues to care for over 100 elderly individuals. Her work includes feeding programmes for over 500 homeless individuals, construction of classroom blocks, provision of solar power to schools and vulnerable households, building homes for disadvantaged families, bi-monthly medical outreaches, and sustainable livelihood projects such as poultry and goat farming.

Amb. Dr Iris is also a respected global voice, serving as a Peace Ambassador and Regional Director within international ambassadorial organisations, advocating for women empowerment, dignity, and social justice across continents.
