Erica M. Odom, widely known as Coach Erica, is a dynamic woman of many hats—real estate investor, entrepreneur, success coach, published author, radio personality, licensed social worker, speaker, and the owner and founder of Odom Investments & Property Management (Milwaukee, WI). With over 20 years of experience in real estate and 7 years in business, she has built a powerful brand rooted in impact, specializing in fix and flips, buy-and-hold investments, and project management.
Erica is the creator of the Scale Up Journey Internship Program, a hands-on initiative that teaches real estate fundamentals and equips aspiring professionals with real-world experience. She is also the author of Journey to Success (2022) and Journey to Success: The “Unforgotten” Teen (All the Things You Don’t Get Taught) (2023), and the host of On The Journey With Coach Erica on 101.7 FM The Truth Radio.
Holding an associate degree in criminal justice along with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work, Erica blends education with lived experience. Early in her real estate journey, she faced failure with her first investment property—but used that setback as fuel to grow, refine her strategy, and build lasting success.
Passionate about community transformation, Erica leads financial bootcamps for children and young adults, emphasizing financial literacy and generational wealth.
