Nicole Kidman Looks Stunning Alongside Her Co-stars at The Perfect Couple Premiere

Age has not worn down Nicole Kidman yet. At 57, she killed the red carpet at The Perfect Couple’s premiere at Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood. The Australian actress stole the show in a plunging black dress which screamed of her timeless beauty, completely giving lies to her age. Flanked by costars almost half her age, such as 34-year-old Meghann Fahy and 33-year-old Eve Hewson, Kidman still managed to hold center stage with elan and grace.

This Moulin Rouge! star stopped traffic in a custom-made Ferragamo halter gown, showcasing her statuesque 5’11” figure. The absolutely sheer fabric of the gown showed off her hard body underneath, and she finished off her look with shoes courtesy of Paris Texas-both courtesy of her stylist Jason Bolden. A black tuxedo blazer slung over one shoulder completed Kidman’s look, putting the sophistication in sultry.

Her hairstylist, Adir Abergel, waved her blonde mane into sets full of volume, which complemented her glowing complexion. The hair full of volume created an incredible outline on her alabaster skin, perfectly contoured by makeup artist Gucci Westman. Her furrow-less face appeared almost ageless under the lights, further enhancing her beautiful enchantment.

The event coincided with the highly publicized release of The Perfect Couple, a six-episode mystery drama in which Kidman has starred and is an executive producer. She is playing the role of Greer Garrison Winbury, a famous novelist in the series adaptation of Elin Hilderbrand’s 2018 novel. Speaking to Reuters, Kidman said: “I grew up loving murder mysteries, and I hadn’t come across one like this in a long time. It was a real thrill to be part of it and produce, too.”

Kidman, for one, described her character as a “strong and powerful woman.” She further said, “I’m always looking for roles that push me to explore new experiences and challenge myself.” The series, helmed by Susanne Bier, centers around Amelia Sacks, played by Eve Hewson, a woman who is supposed to marry into the moneyed elite on Nantucket-when a sudden death turns the wedding into a dramatic murder mystery.

At the premiere, Kidman was joined by her onscreen husband Liev Schreiber, who plays patriarch Tag Winbury. The two have known each other almost 20 years since Schreiber had a long-term relationship with Kidman’s close friend, actress Naomi Watts. Schreiber, 56, cut a dashing figure in a black suit and unbuttoned white shirt-accented with a pair of see-through-framed glasses. The two headliners were joined by fellow cast members Ishaan Khattar, Donna Lynne Champlin, Mia Issac, Sam Nivola, and Michael Beach on the red carpet as the stars took group pictures.

Missing was Kidman’s husband in real life, country music personality Keith Urban. The four-time Grammy winner was in Brisbane, playing Lefty’s Music Hall, to keep his very successful music career running along as Kidman attended to her commitments in Hollywood. The two, married in 2006 after meeting at G’Day LA the year prior, have two daughters together: Sunday Rose, 16, and Faith Margaret, 13. Kidman is also mom to two adult kids, Isabella, 31, and Connor, 29.

With juggling motherhood, acting, and producing responsibilities, Kidman still continues to embrace roles and projects. Her presence at The Perfect Couple premiere showed that not only was she a timeless beauty but also that her influence in Hollywood as an actor and a producer was yet to come.
