Recognition Honors “The Space Mindset: Building Future-ready Leaders For A Changing World,” Translating Lessons From Space Into Strategies For Leadership, Innovation, And Entrepreneurship
SB Global LLC has been selected to receive a Stevie® Award in the Achievement in Thought Leadership category of the 23rd annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. The recognized entry, “The Space Mindset: Building Future-Ready Leaders for a Changing World,” honors the work of Shelli Brunswick, CEO and Founder of SB Global LLC, in translating lessons from space exploration into practical strategies that strengthen leadership, advance innovation, and expand entrepreneurial opportunity.
The recognition confirms SB Global LLC as a Stevie Award recipient, with its Gold, Silver, or Bronze placement to be announced at the awards ceremony in New York City on November 16, 2026.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business recognize the achievements of women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the organizations they run worldwide. Nicknamed the Stevies after the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards celebrate excellence in business across industries and borders.

Examples include the Digital Young Entrepreneurs Lab and Women Tech Lead Creators initiatives in Togo, U.S. Department of State-supported engagements in Slovakia, and mentorship supporting entrepreneurs and emerging leaders.

Since submitting the nomination, Brunswick has continued expanding the Space Mindset’s reach through new publications and international dialogue.
On September 28, 2026, she published What’s Space Got To Do With It? Out of This World Leadership, completing a trilogy that progresses from personal growth to professional success and purposeful leadership. Featuring a foreword by former Ecuadorian President H.E. Dr. Rosalía Arteaga Serrano, the book brings together the insights and experiences of 42 global leaders across ten chapters.
The book explores how leaders turn vision into action, build trust across boundaries, preserve integrity under pressure, and create opportunities that endure beyond their tenure. A companion interview series, The Space Mindset: Leadership Beyond Limits, brings these lessons to life through conversations with contributors.

On September 23, 2026, Brunswick convened The Space Mindset: Navigating Space Policy, Diplomacy, and Global Leadership during the UN General Assembly Science Summit. The program brought together leaders from government, space agencies, diplomacy, policy, and law to examine international cooperation, sustainable space development, and the leadership needed to translate technological capabilities into societal benefits.
