Paul Nam has been awarded Coach of the Year at the Influencer Magazine Awards (E3) on October 25, 2026. With more than 24 years of physical and mental transformation work, Nam brings together hands-on coaching, trainer mentorship, and fitness education. His recognition reflects a career that connects sustained personal support for clients with teaching that reaches beyond the studio.
For more than 18 years, Nam has operated The Workout Loft in Toronto, where he leads and mentors a team of trainers while personally coaching 35 to 40 clients each week through studio sessions and private residential coaching. Some clients have stayed with him for up to 14 years. That continuity, alongside his responsibility for maintaining instructional standards across the facility, gives particular weight to his recognition as Coach of the Year.
Having personally trained more than 1,000 clients, Nam focuses on mental resilience as well as physical progress. His work includes supporting 40-to-50-pound weight loss transformations, injury prevention, lower back rehabilitation, and rebuilding confidence following severe structural injuries. His approach connects nutritional knowledge with practical training, addressing both clients’ fitness goals and the challenges they face in pursuing them.
Nam has also extended his coaching through NutriLoftFit, the Easy Fitness Portion Control System, and The Paul Nam Institute. His international digital curriculum has reached more than 9,000 students across six video masterclasses covering weight training, full-body active stretching, mobility, and metabolic health. Together, these educational initiatives and his continuing in-person practice demonstrate the breadth of his work as a coach and educator.
