Anna’s passion for media literacy and professional integrity led her to create Typical Journalist, one of Eastern Europe’s first educational video blogs for aspiring journalists. Launched in a time when practical journalism education was scarce in the region, Typical Journalist became a trusted source for over a million organic video views. With case-based lessons on ethical journalism, storytelling, live reporting, and fact-checking, the platform has empowered thousands of young journalists to develop the skills needed to combat disinformation and uphold the truth.
Her work has garnered recognition from prominent professional organizations like the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU) and the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ). As the Head of Live Broadcasts at 7 Channel and a Media Adviser to a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament, Anna played a key role in fostering transparency, public trust, and audience engagement—elements that are essential for a thriving media ecosystem.
