You have got every right to choose.Life is nothing but a collection of choices and compramises.You can choose to clean your room or simply lay there doing nothing.You can spend 30 minutes for a walk or simply sleep.You can have your lunch out or can cook food at home.You can call your old friend and talk or just sit there wishing for him/her to call.Like wise, you can decide to be positive and optimistic or just simply go on living your life as before.
