Shadi Küzam is a Canadian-Lebanese entrepreneur, business strategist, and executive based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With an academic background in civil engineering and a PhD in Project Management, he is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds multiple professional credentials, including PSP, EVP, CCP, and CEP. Küzam has founded and scaled numerous companies across the construction, project management, consulting, technology, and sustainability sectors. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Modern Contracting (GMC) and has established several ventures, including Grüner Meister, GrünMe, PMO, MindShift, Schneizer, iFix, AMEP, and Pocket Office.
Küzam has extensive experience in real estate, construction, project delivery, strategic consulting, corporate restructuring, branding, and organisational transformation. Throughout his career, he has overseen the successful delivery of hundreds of projects across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Canada, and Africa, while also mentoring entrepreneurs and supporting innovation-led business growth. He serves as a Senator and jury member of the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF) and is recognised for his leadership, international business network, and strong professional presence across industry events and digital platforms.
