Shadi Kuzam has been awarded Outstanding Leadership Award at the Influencer Magazine Awards (E3) on October 25, 2026. A Canadian Lebanese serial entrepreneur living in Dubai, Kuzam has founded and scaled several companies, primarily in construction and project management. That experience, alongside work in leading, restructuring, and rebranding organizations, provides a strong foundation for this leadership recognition.
Kuzam is the CEO and founder of Gulf Modern Contracting (GMC), Grüner Meister, GrünMe, PMO, MindShift, Schneizer, iFix, AMEP, and Pocket Office. With diversified experience across real estate, construction, consulting, training, and landscaping, Kuzam has successfully delivered hundreds of projects and services in the MENA region, Canada, and Africa. This combination of company-building and project delivery demonstrates leadership spanning both organizational development and execution.
A Civil Engineering degree, a PhD in Project Management, and PMP, PSP, EVP, CCP, and CEP certifications complement Kuzam’s practical experience. Roles as a senator and jury member at WBAF, together with experience in mentoring and innovation, add further dimensions to a career encompassing strategy, enterprise, and organizational leadership.
