ABOUT

Professor Olga Mroz is a Germany-based interdisciplinary artist, academic, and cultural diplomat, recognized internationally for her role in bridging art, education, and global peacebuilding. Described by IMPACT MENA Magazine (Saudi Arabia) as “the woman who builds bridges,” she began her professional journey in music, theatre, and architecture, later developing a distinctive approach that integrates creative practice, academic research, psychology, and humanitarian leadership. Her artworks are held in private collections worldwide, while her educational and cultural initiatives span Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, fostering cross-cultural dialogue and mutual understanding. Professor Mroz currently serves as Director of Al-Khalifa Business School (UK) and Board Director of the London Ballet Theatre, and is a Gold Ambassador for Books for Peace as well as an Honorary World Peace Ambassador recognized by the Who is Who International Awards. She is the author of numerous articles on art as freedom and diplomacy, a co-author of the UK-based initiative Tough Roads Create Tough People, and a contributing author to the #1 international bestseller Cracking the Rich Code, alongside Jim Britt, Kevin Harrington, and Tony Robbins. Widely honored for her contributions to art, women’s empowerment, education, and civic leadership, her accolades include the Global Impact Leader Award, recognition by Powerhouse Global as “The Difference Maker in the World,” and the 2025 title of “World Eminent Woman” in Cultural Diplomacy, Artistic Leadership, and Global Peace Advocacy, reflecting her enduring belief that art is a universal language of empathy, responsibility, and peace.
