On Friday, February 22nd, 2008, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony welcomed two new additions to their family. The Lopez twins, a boy and a girl, were born early in the morning in Long Island, New York.
The girl was born first at 12:12 a.m., weighing 5 lbs. 7 oz. Just 11 minutes later, the boy was born at 12:23 a.m., weighing 6 lbs. Both babies were born healthy and happy.
The couple’s manager, Simon Fields, was quick to share the news with the public. “Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon,” he said.
The Lopez twins are the first children for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, who married in June 2004. The couple had been trying to conceive for some time, and were thrilled to welcome their new babies into the world.
The birth of the Lopez twins marks a joyous occasion for the couple and their families. The babies were born healthy and happy, and weighed a healthy 5 lbs. 7 oz. and 6 lbs. respectively.
