In an interview with Us Weekly, Dr. Goglia revealed that Lopez gets her protein from lean sources like egg whites, chicken, turkey, and grass-fed beef, but that she only consumes these three to four times a week. She’s getting her protein and healthy fats the rest of the week from nuts and fish.
Dr. Goglia also shared that Lopez eats five to six meals a day, which are mostly plant-based. She eats a lot of quinoa, brown rice, and other whole grains, as well as fruits and vegetables. She also snacks on nuts and seeds throughout the day.
In addition to her healthy diet, Lopez also stays active. She does a combination of cardio, strength training, and yoga to stay in shape. She also does Pilates and works with a personal trainer.
