Low Tide Calm

ABOUT

Cian O’Driscoll, a Wicklow-based complementary therapy practitioner who builds the kind of tools he wishes he’d had himself. After roughly a decade working in product and business analyst roles, he stepped away from the corporate track and retrained, completing a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies. He now works across breathwork, mindfulness, reflexology, Reiki, and Indian head massage, with ADHD as the lens behind how he approaches both client work and design.

He is the founder of Low Tide Calm, a free, no tracking app for neurodivergent adults, which he built himself using AI-assisted tools after years of working alongside developers. In-person sessions launch in Wicklow Town from late summer 2026, while online breathwork and mindfulness offerings, with structured courses launching alongside the in-person practice
