Prof. Dr. M. Amr Sadik has been awarded Hr Excellence Award at the Influencer Magazine Awards (E3) on October 25, 2026. His career spans more than 30 years across local, regional, and international organizations in the Arab region, connecting HR strategy with people programs that strengthen organizational performance and workplace culture. That combination of strategic leadership and practical delivery provides a strong foundation for this recognition.
As Group Chief Human Resources, Syria & Jordan, he manages talent management, organizational design, and culture-building programs aimed at supporting high-performing teams. His expertise encompasses end-to-end HR policies and transformation initiatives that align talent with enterprise goals. Two decades in hospitality have also grounded his work in operational excellence, team development, and customer-centric leadership, with achievements recognized through the President’s Award from Sheraton Hotels for Business Results and the Best Manager Award from Jolie Ville Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts.
His contribution to HR excellence extends to developing leadership and organizational capability. As Co-Founder and Vice President of Learning & Development at Educators Learning Solutions, he leads strategic learning interventions across Egypt, the Middle East, and the UK. His long-standing advisory work with Dimensions Consulting brings together HR strategy, leadership development, organizational diagnostics, and action-oriented workshops—linking organizational needs with practical development.
Prof. Dr. Sadik also contributes to the profession through teaching and publishing. He has lectured at ESLSCA Business School, HIBA, and ipe Management School in Paris, and his publications include books released in Germany and India and more than 40 articles in South Africa’s HR Future magazine. Recognized as one of HR’s Most Internationally Influential Thinkers in 2014, he was recently ranked No. 14 among Thinkers360’s Top 50 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers on HR. Together, his organizational leadership, learning initiatives, and academic contributions demonstrate the breadth of practice behind his Hr Excellence Award.
