And that coupled with loneliness and stress during the COVID-19 era, formed his reasoning process which led him to this tragic situation.

The sentencing of Huw Edwards became a complex affair considering various factors pertaining to his mental health as well as the nature of offenses committed. Of course, the maximum term of punishment on those crimes was 10 years, but he received a suspended sentence.
