A video of Bezos discussing his morning routine has circulated widely on social media, attracting significant attention.
In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), Jeff Bezos revealed his approach to starting the day: ‘I go to bed early, wake up early, and enjoy puttering in the morning. I read the newspaper, have coffee, and breakfast with my kids before they head to school. My puttering time is very important to me, which is why I schedule my first meeting for 10 am.
The second richest man also mentioned his preference for completing high IQ meetings before lunch. ‘Anything that requires deep mental focus, like a 10 am meeting,’ the Amazon founder explained. ‘By 5 pm, I can’t think about that anymore. Let’s revisit it tomorrow at 10 am.
He also emphasized the significance of getting eight hours of sleep, stating, ‘I think better, have more energy, and my mood is better.
