In a recent post-game interview following the Philadelphia Eagles’ triumphant 34-28 victory over the Minnesota Vikings, Jason Kelce found himself confronted with the swirling rumors surrounding his younger brother Travis Kelce’s love life. With a chuckle, Jason responded, “I’ve seen these rumors. I cannot comment,” during a chat with the Prime’s Thursday Night Football panel.
Even when pressed by retired NFL star Tony Gonzalez, who was acting as an emissary for his 15-year-old daughter, Jason Kelce remained tight-lipped. However, he couldn’t resist offering a small glimpse into the enigma that is Travis Kelce’s romantic escapades. “Ever since Catching Kelce, everybody’s been infatuated with Travis’ love life,” Jason remarked, referring to his brother’s brief stint on a reality dating show. “I don’t really know what’s going on there, but I know Travis is having fun, and we’ll see what happens with whoever he ends up with.”
Interestingly, Travis Kelce himself added a twist to the dating rumors during an episode of the Kelces’ podcast in July. He humorously recounted his attempt to give Taylor Swift his phone number via a friendship bracelet before one of her Eras Tour concerts earlier in the summer. Unfortunately, Travis’s plan hit a snag when he learned that Swift was preserving her vocal cords for the performance and couldn’t engage in conversation. Travis expressed his disappointment, saying, “I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butthurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.” He added with a wry smile, “She doesn’t meet anybody, or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personally.”
Despite the ongoing speculation, Jason Kelce’s stance remains clear – he may have seen the rumors, but he’s leaving the door wide open for Travis to enjoy his dating life to the fullest.
