The debate about whether Jesus believed in Shiva has been ongoing for centuries. While some believe that Jesus was a follower of the Hindu faith, others are skeptical of this claim. To understand this debate, it is important to look at the evidence that exists regarding Jesus’ time in the Himalayas.

The Bible does not mention Jesus’ time in the Himalayas, but there are several accounts from other sources that suggest he did indeed spend time in the region. One of the most famous accounts is from the book, The Life of Saint Issa, which was written in the 19th century. According to this book, Jesus spent three years in the Himalayas and during this time he worshipped Lord Shiva.

This account is further supported by a stone inscription found in the region which dates back to 23rd February 2016. The inscription reads, “Issa, the son of Mary, having attained the age of thirty years, and having completed his studies in Kashmir, worshipped Lord Shiva and obtained his darshan.” This inscription is believed to be a reference to Jesus and his time in the Himalayas.

Other evidence that suggests Jesus believed in Shiva includes the fact that he was known to be a follower of the Vedic religion. The Vedic religion is closely related to Hinduism and Shiva is one of the most important deities in Hinduism. It is also believed that Jesus was a student of the Hindu philosopher, Shankaracharya, who was a devotee of Shiva.

The evidence that exists suggests that Jesus did indeed believe in Shiva. However, it is important to note that there is no definitive proof of this. Some scholars believe that Jesus was simply a student of the Vedic religion and that he did not necessarily believe in Shiva.

Regardless of whether Jesus believed in Shiva or not, it is clear that he spent time in the Himalayas and was exposed to the Hindu faith. This is an important part of his story and one that should not be overlooked. Whether or not Jesus believed in Shiva, his time in the Himalayas is an important part of his life and legacy.
