6. Paste of lemon juice and baking soda- make a paste of lemon juice and baking soda and brush your teeth with it. Lemon and baking soda are a natural stain remover.

7. Apple cider vinegar- apply some apple cider vinegar in your mouth and rinse it after 2 min. acetic acid breaks hard stains from teeth.

8. Add calcium to diet- calcium will make your teeth stronger and helps in tooth enamel from eroding.

9. Fruit peels- by rubbing banana, orange, or lemon peels on your teeth, it will give an instant glow.

10. Include vegetables and fruits- a diet with a high intake of vegetables and fruits is good for both body and teeth
