Alfred Lewis Enoch is an English actor best known for his roles in the Harry Potter film series and the ABC legal thriller television series How to Get Away with Murder. Born on 2 December 1988, Enoch has been acting since his childhood.
Enoch’s most notable role is that of Dean Thomas in the Harry Potter film series. He first appeared in the fifth installment of the series, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, as a Hogwarts student. He reprised his role in the subsequent films, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 and Part 2.
In the seventh and final installment of the series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, Enoch portrays the role of the black kid. He is seen in the scene where Harry, Ron, and Hermione are trying to find the missing Horcrux. The black kid is the one who leads them to the hidden room where the Horcrux is located.
