Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have been friends for many years, and it seems like their friendship is still going strong. The two recently attended the 2020 Golden Globe Awards together, and Affleck decided to have a bit of fun with Lopez during the show.
When they were seated next to each other, Affleck leaned in and said to Lopez, “As soon as they start rolling, I’m going to slide away from you and leave you sitting next to Trevor.” Lopez was understandably taken aback by the comment, and responded with a stern warning, “You better f****** not leave.”
However, it turned out Affleck was just pranking Lopez, as Trevor Noah came and sat next to them at the show. Affleck later explained that he was just joking around and that Lopez was in on the joke.
The two have been friends since they co-starred in the 1997 film “Gigli” and have remained close ever since. They have both gone on to have successful careers in Hollywood, and it’s clear that their friendship is still going strong.
