Tarishi Suhalka

Tarishi Suhalka, a business executive, entrepreneur, and investor whose career spans technology, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and hospitality. She began her career at the age of 16 as Dell Technologies’ first Brand Ambassador in India, later moving to Germany, where she worked on international expansion and delivery strategies across European and emerging markets. In 2020, she was a shareholder in a German company that subsequently achieved a €500 million exit. She later joined AIM-DELTA Group as a shareholder and Director, contributing to acquisition strategy, investment evaluation and portfolio development. Since 2021, Suhalka has been involved in building the group’s hospitality platform, including the acquisition and consolidation of more than 15 hotels into a portfolio valued at over $350 million and serving nearly two million customers annually. In 2026, she began leading AIM-DELTA Group’s expansion into the United States. She is also a member of the Forbes Business Council, where she contributes on topics related to mergers and acquisitions.
