ABOUT
Maria Militsopoulou is a leadership mentor, author, and advocate for women’s empowerment and human development. She is the founder of WEWiL – Women Empowerment Worldwide Leadership Organization, a global initiative focused on mentoring and developing women leaders, and the MY DREAM™ Transformational Mentoring Platform, which incorporates cognitive neuroscience, positive psychology, mental health awareness, and trauma-informed principles. She also serves as CEO and Chief Visionary Officer of You Dream Tech Hub, where she works with international technology organizations and promotes women’s participation in technology, innovation, and leadership.
Militsopoulou is a member of the Global Advisory Council for Humanity, Technology, and Innovation of the G100: Global Women Leaders Club and the Women Economic Forum, and contributes to the Committee of Global Women Leaders. She is also a Luminary Thinker at RedBoxMe by Cartier, a Cyprus Senator at the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), an ambassador for the WomenTech Network, and a Global Advisor to Spacekidz India for the ShaktiSAT all-women space mission. Her recognitions include the Women of the Decade Award from the Women Economic Forum and recognition by World Leaders Magazine as one of its “World’s Iconic Visionary Women Leaders Re-shaping the Future.” Her work focuses on gender equality, mental well-being, technological innovation, leadership development, and human potential.
