Frank Beckmann

Frank Beckmann is a German business executive, investor, author, and international advisor. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of GVI Investment Advisory, a global advisory firm focused on the intersection of capital, leadership, and growth, with partner offices across the United States, India, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, and China. Based in Berlin, Germany, Beckmann has more than 25 years of international leadership experience and has held senior executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer, leading companies across Europe and Asia. He also comes from a third-generation family business, which has shaped his long-standing entrepreneurial perspective.

Beckmann has served in a range of international leadership and advisory roles, including more than 11 years as a Senator in the Senate of Economy in Germany. He is currently Senior Senator and German Chair of the World Business Angel Investment Forum (G20), President of the German chapter of the Asia CEO Club, and Chair of the Global Investment Committee for the World Business Summit 2026. In addition to serving on advisory boards across Dubai, Bahrain, India, Switzerland, and the United States, he is a keynote speaker on leadership, investment, and business transformation. Beckmann is the author of Kaleidoscope Leadership: How Great Leaders Rotate Perspective in the AI Age, a book that introduces his leadership philosophy and forms the foundation of his workshops, masterclasses, and executive transformation programmes.
