ABOUT
Dr. Theresa Pringle is an American consultant, trainer, advocate, and founder of Pringle’s Training Services, a Newark, New Jersey–based organization focused on workforce development, community empowerment, and social impact. Through a person-centered and non-judgmental approach, she provides training and support for individuals facing challenges such as housing insecurity, trauma, and employment barriers, while also helping organizations foster inclusive and productive environments. Guided by the motto, “Make It Make Sense: Change the Mindset, Change the Outcome,” Pringle’s work emphasizes mindset transformation, leadership development, accountability, equity, and compassion, serving communities across New Jersey and beyond through professional, family, and community service training programs.
