Cortez Mack, an independent, award-winning Christian filmmaker, screenwriter, director, and producer whose work spans across film, television, music videos, and screenwriting. With an unwavering passion for storytelling that uplifts and inspires, Mack has earned over 150 official selections, awards, and nominations from film festivals worldwide, including the Europe Film Festival, Santa Clarita International Film Festival, Lift-Off Sessions at Pinewood Studios, and the Hollywood International Golden Age Festival. His standout short films—Bobby, Splitting Image, Dinner Table, My Sisters’ Cup, What About the Children, and A Smile That Never Ends—have resonated with global audiences for their strong themes of faith, family, healing, and social awareness. His impactful body of work includes honors such as Best Director, Best Trailer, Best Writer, and multiple Audience Choice Awards across international platforms.

In 2024, Mack was named a recipient of the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, a testament to his enduring influence on faith-based and independent cinema. He is a proud member of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles and the Chicago/Midwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS).
