Natalia Czajkowska Nominated for ‘Women Entrepreneur of the Year’ at Influencer Magazine Awards 2026 (E2)

Few leaders are redefining the very architecture of modern power with the precision, integrity, and global vision of Natalia Czajkowska. A visionary executive, legal expert, and educator, she serves as the Founding President of the Swiss Academy for Leadership and Sustainability (SALS) in Geneva, a premier non-profit foundation at the heart of international diplomacy. Her nomination for Women Entrepreneur of the Year at the Influencer Magazine Awards 2026 recognises her transformative impact on global leadership education, her unwavering commitment to sustainable development, and her mission to redesign the tables where power sits.

With over 25 years of experience in complex, multilateral environments, Natalia has built a career dedicated to a singular, uncompromising purpose: redefining power to serve both people and the planet. Her leadership journey spans high-level roles, from the European Academy of Diplomacy to managing critical hubs for democratic governance. Her philosophy reflects the Swiss values of precision, integrity, and enduring excellence, grounded in academic rigor and international collaboration.

As the Founding President of SALS, Natalia has established an institution that is not merely about education,  it is about a systemic shift in corporate consciousness. By championing Sustainable Leadership, she empowers executives to pivot from short-term gains to long-term global impact, ensuring that integrity remains the ultimate currency of the 21st-century boardroom. Her work at SALS serves as a strategic bridge to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, positioning the academy at the forefront of transformational education in Geneva, the heart of international diplomacy.

Natalia’s academic credentials are as impressive as her professional achievements. She holds an LL.M. in Law from the University of Warsaw and an MBA in International Business Development from ICEX-CECO, Government of Spain. She serves as a Visiting Professor at the University of Salamanca in Spain, Founding Member of the Geneva Chapter for Global Sustainable Council, Board Member of the Brussels Institute for Diplomacy, Geopolitics and Peace Studies, Board Member of Royal Funds, Strategic Advisor for Institutional Leadership, Strategic Advisor for Climate Adaptation and Peace Alliance, a Member of the EU Science Diplomacy Alliance, among others. These roles reflect her standing as a thought leader at the intersection of law, business, sustainability, and governance. Her professional journey includes directing the European Academy of Diplomacy from 2018 to 2021, where she led executive leadership and democratic governance initiatives, and serving as Director of the Visegrad School of Political Studies from 2015 to 2018, managing a critical hub within a network of 21 schools across Europe. Prior to these roles, she led the United 4 News initiative, training over 300 activists to build democratic resilience against propaganda in Ukraine and the Visegrad region. She also managed the InsSciDE project, a €2.5 million Horizon 2020 grant-funded consortium that included UNESCO, advancing scientific innovation, and led the WISEP Initiative, a project advancing gender equality by empowering over 50 women leaders in South-East Poland in collaboration with the OSCE ODIHR.

Beyond her role at the academy, Natalia serves as a strategic advisor to global enterprises, bridging the gap between Swiss precision and humanitarian empathy. Her leadership style,  often described as both “incisive” and “deeply human”,  has made her a sought-after voice for those looking to disrupt traditional hierarchies with sustainable, ethical frameworks. Her specialized expertise spans countering disinformation through strategic communication and media literacy, advocating for human-centered AI and ethical frameworks in the technological age, and promoting women’s empowerment through inclusive governance on a global scale.

As she herself states: “True leadership is the courage to be the first to do what is right, even when it isn’t easy. My goal is to ensure that when women lead, we don’t just join the table,  we redesign it.”

What distinguishes Natalia Czajkowska is not simply her impressive portfolio of leadership roles, but her belief that women are the primary drivers of the regenerative economy. Her entrepreneurial journey is rooted in the conviction that female-led innovation holds the key to solving the world’s most pressing challenges. With over 25 years of leadership experience, more than 30 global collaborations, and over 300 leaders trained in democratic resilience, her impact is both measurable and profound.

In a world of fleeting influence, Natalia Czajkowska is building something permanent: a blueprint for a future where leadership is synonymous with stewardship, and where female entrepreneurship is the cornerstone of global progress. Her nomination for Women Entrepreneur of the Year at IMA 2026 celebrates not only her extraordinary achievements in redefining leadership education, but her ongoing mission to ensure that integrity, sustainability, and human-centered values remain at the heart of how the world is governed.
