Samsung Launches World’s First Mass Production of HBM4, Signaling a New Phase in the Global AI Memory Race

The Samsung Electronics is about to start a decisive chapter in the race of artificial intelligence hardware with the world’s first mass production of the HBM4, which is a next-generation technology of high-bandwidth memory. Production will commence during the third week of February, just after the Lunar New Year holiday and first deliveries will be used to serve Nvidia upcoming Vera Rubin platform.
