Liv Merma is a Mindset and Relationships Coach who empowers individuals to uncover their hidden patterns, transform their self-concept, and heal emotional wounds that have held them back from true fulfillment. Through her unique approach combining shadow work and identity transformation, Liv helps clients move beyond surface-level mindset shifts to achieve lasting change from within.
Her journey began in college, where she was pursuing a degree in marketing with plans to become a marketeer. Yet, deep down, Liv always knew she wanted to create an online business, something that could make a real difference in people’s lives. Having grown up in a challenging environment marked by abuse and an alcoholic father, she often had to take on a parental role for her siblings. These early experiences shaped her understanding of emotional resilience and self-awareness, eventually becoming the foundation for her work.
In early adulthood, Liv realized she was carrying limiting beliefs and emotional patterns that were secretly sabotaging her. Determined to heal, she turned to shadow work and self-concept development, uncovering her blind spots and learning to take responsibility for her own healing. This journey transformed her life and ignited a passion to help others do the same.
Her love for personal development evolved into an online presence when she began sharing content on TikTok, focusing on mindset and manifestation, particularly around love and relationships. Her authenticity resonated widely: within months, she reached 10,000 followers, and her account grew rapidly alongside her Instagram community. With hundreds of people reaching out daily for advice, Liv began offering 1:1 coaching, specializing in self-concept and shadow work. Many of her clients, some who had spent years in therapy or traditional programs, experienced breakthroughs that shifted their inner world and relationships in ways they hadn’t thought possible.
“Healing happens when you stop trying to fix the world around you, and start transforming the world within you.”
What sets your business apart? What makes your product, service, or approach stand out in a competitive market? What feedback or response have you received that confirmed you were on the right path?
Liv Merma:
What sets my business apart is my approach to mindset work and relationships. Oftentimes people go into coaching looking to be validated, inside my coaching it is all around identity transformation work and shadow work, we uncover things that aren’t always easy to face within ourselves, uncovering parts they avoid, and learning how to take accountability of their own life and master their shadows. Within 10 minutes of sitting in a coaching call I am able to pick up exactly what blindspots my client has and the exact reason why they have been blocking themselves from having their desired outcome. From there I help them navigate through it and respond differently with how they show up and interact in the world. My teachings are centred around when you change within yourself the world around you will reflect that change.
How did you get into what you do? What does your business offer, and what makes it unique? What impact are you trying to create, and what are you most proud of so far?
Liv Merma:
I go into this by seeing other creators posting mindset and manifestation content. I saw there was a huge gap for self concept and shadow work, most people didn’t know about this kind of personal development work. I knew it was life changing knowledge because I myself changed my own life with it and I knew so many people could benefit from learning these teachings especially those who have felt stuck for years in the personal development space.
Through her coaching and online presence, Liv Merma has created a space for people to face their shadows, reprogram their beliefs, and build healthier relationships from the inside out. Her work doesn’t just teach self-improvement, it invites deep transformation rooted in accountability, awareness, and self-love.
Liv’s message is a reminder that healing is not about fixing others but about becoming whole within yourself, because when you transform your inner world, everything around you begins to shift.
