Sophie Turner Claps Back at Criticism for Enjoying Night Out at Oasis Concert

Sophie Turner isn’t here for the mum-shaming.

The 29-year-old Game of Thrones star, who shares daughters Willa, 4, and Delphine, 2, with ex-husband Joe Jonas, recently attended Oasis’ reunion tour at Wembley Stadium — and posted a few snapshots of the night.

“Bucket hats & beers… That’ll do me. Thank you @levis,” she wrote alongside photos and videos from the Britpop legends’ gig.

While most fans loved seeing her enjoy herself, one commenter decided to take a swipe, writing: “Lmfao. I think she has forgotten that she has two kids.”

Turner wasn’t having it.

“Ah, I’m so sorry sometimes I forget some people can’t think for themselves,” she replied. “So… get this… there’s this crazy thing called shared custody. Maybe, just maybe, they were with their dad that day.”

The remark was a nod to the custody arrangement she and Jonas reached after their September 2023 divorce. Following what was initially a tense legal battle, the pair agreed their daughters would spend equal time in both the US and UK.

In a joint statement at the time, they said: “After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the US and the UK. We look forward to being great co-parents.”

Despite the public split, both have spoken warmly about each other’s role in their children’s lives. In May, Jonas told Jay Shetty: “Having an incredible mom, Sophie, for those girls is like a dream come true. I want them to be open-minded, have big hearts, and feel confident walking into any room knowing they can do anything they want.”

Just last month, he echoed that sentiment on the School of Greatness podcast, describing their co-parenting as “great” and calling fatherhood “the greatest joy and journey.”

As for Turner, she’s made it clear she won’t let online criticism ruin a good night out — especially when her children are well cared for.
