Jack Whitehall and Roxy Horner have sparked speculation about an engagement after Roxy was seen sporting a dazzling diamond ring on her left hand. The couple, who have been together since 2020, recently celebrated the arrival of their daughter, Elsie, in September 2023.
Rumors started circulating when the lovebirds ventured out for an outing with their family at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland in London earlier this week. Though, eagle-eyed fans soon pointed out that this isn’t the first time the model can be seen wearing the stunning ring. Just days before, Roxy turned heads on the red carpet at the 2024 Fashion Awards held at the Royal Albert Hall, where she flaunted her confidence with the glittering accessory proudly on her finger.
Essex-born Roxy, known for her work with brands like Boohoo, Boux Avenue, and Superdry, didn’t hide the marvelous piece of jewelry during that star-studded event. Though buzz is growing, Whitehall and Horner have nothing official about whether wedding bells would toll.
Considering they already share a child and live together in Jack’s luxurious £17.5 million Notting Hill home, an engagement might feel like the natural progression of their relationship.
Their story, however, had an unconventional start. Reflecting on their first date, Whitehall shared a humorous anecdote on Alan Carr’s Travel Man podcast. On a trip to Australia, where Roxy lived, Jack asked locals for suggestions on where to take her, and he was directed to a restaurant that featured a display of hanging ducks, and the after-dinner bar he chose featured taxidermy decor-all a nightmare for Roxy, a dedicated vegan. It was like something out of a sitcom,” laughed Whitehall as he recalls the mishap. Despite such a bumpy start, their relationship flourished.
While their love story looks like a picture-perfect romance now, it hasn’t always been easy. Horner previously spoke about the struggles of maintaining family life as Jack’s career becomes more demanding. Earlier this year, she confessed: “It feels like I’m on my own quite a lot, but when he’s around, he’s fabulous. We call him every day, we FaceTime every day. Thank god for technology, hey!
The level of deep bonding from the moment they began dating through their journey into parenthood continues to grow. While fans wait anxiously for an engagement, Jack and Roxy seem to already be thrival as a family.
