A new trailer for Sabrina Carpenter’s holiday special, A Nonsense Christmas, dropped Monday evening, just ahead of her final U.S. performance for the Short n’ Sweet tour.
Fans attending the trailer’s live debut at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles had the advantage of a big guest stars lineup. Chappell Roan, Tyla, Shania Twain, and Kali Uchis will deliver musical talent, while scripted talent will feature such names as Quinta Brunson, Cara Delevingne, Kyle Mooney, Nico Hiraga, Megan Stalter, Sean Astin, Owen Thiele, and Jillian Bell.
Carpenter is an actress, but also plays the role of executive producer with her sister Sarah Carpenter and her managers, Bill Perlman and Janelle Lopez Genzink. Other executive producers on board are Michael D. Ratner, Scott Ratner, Simone Spira, and Kfir Goldberg. Behind the camera is first-time director Sam Wrench, who directs this holiday movie and is noted for handling Taylor Swift’s concert film last year in 2023.
