Meghan Markle Reportedly Snubbed by Victoria Beckham Amid Peace Offer Rejection

Meghan Markle has reportedly hit a major roadblock as Victoria Beckham, the celebrated fashion designer and former Spice Girl, appears to have spurned the Duchess of Sussex’s efforts to patch things up.

Royal commentator Ingrid Seward shared some insight into the matter with Fabulous magazine, suggesting that reconciliation between the Sussexes and the Beckhams may not be in the cards.

“They would only possibly reconcile if they bumped into each other, but I don’t think that really is something that they cross paths so much,” Seward said.

Recent reports have indicated that Meghan wants to use the festive season as an opportunity to rebuild strained connections. According to Closer magazine, the Duchess has expressed a desire to repair relationships with those she perceives as adversaries, including Victoria Beckham and Kate Middleton.

The source further explained that Meghan views Christmas as the perfect moment for reconciliation, stating she “sees it as the perfect time to try to rebuild connections and is determined not to start 2025 surrounded by negativity.”

However, Seward said that Victoria Beckham’s demanding lifestyle makes reconciling unlikely.

“[Posh] is actually too busy,” Seward explained. “She’s got a business. She’s got a very successful husband. She’s got houses all over the place. She’s got children. I don’t think she probably has any time to think about it really.”

Tensions between the Sussexes and the Beckhams reportedly stem from growing differences, with Seward offering further context on why the famous couple may have distanced themselves. She observed that David and Victoria Beckham “know Meghan and Harry are in the descendant, not the ascendant.”

Seward went on to praise the Beckhams for their remarkable success, achieved through hard work and resilience, which resonates with the public.

“They’re so remarkably successful, and it’s all through their hard work. And people just find that romantic that it’s a rags-to-riches story, whereas Meghan’s is a riches-to-rags story,” Seward added.

The alleged public feud between the Sussexes and the Beckhams has been quite widely covered as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex continue to face the stern test of complex public and personal hurdles. Meanwhile, for the Beckhams, their thriving career and family life hardly allow for dramas gone by to resurface.

Amid all this speculation, only time will tell if the festive season offers any chance for bridging the broken bridges or if the rift will continue into the new year.
