Sean “Diddy” Combs, rap mogul, is being slammed by a new wave of sexual assault and rape accusations. The Associated Press on Monday received five new civil lawsuits filed in the Southern District of New York on Sunday by Tony Buzbee’s office. Included in the accusations against Combs is an appalling accusation that he sexually assaulted a girl who was 13 years old.
Combs, already charged with crimes such as racketeering and sex trafficking, has, with a long history of denial against most charges, including those related to children. His attorney argues that Combs “denies any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
The new batch of lawsuits against Combs seems to be shocking many and is heaping more pressure on the music tycoon. If true, the implications could be catastrophic for the music tycoon.
The Allegations:
Reports indicate that five fresh lawsuits the Combs plaintiffs’ new lawsuit bring several charges of sexual assault and misconduct by Combs. The most disturbing allegation is from a woman who says she was 13 years when Combs sexually abused her. According to the lady, the abuse occurred in Combs’ New York City home.
Another woman alleges that Combs compelled her to orally copulate him in a party setting. A third woman alleges that Combs raped her in a hotel room. The other two women alleged similar incidents of rape and misbehavior.
The Lawsuit:
The new lawsuits are just one of the latest incidents in the numerous legal fights against Combs. In August, Combs was arrested on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. Prosecutors say that Combs would use money and other goodies to force women to perform sexual acts on him.
Combs pleaded not guilty to the charges and is being held free on bail. The case will go to trail next year.
