Users in some regions had other issues. For example, there were no InPost postal lockers at all in Northern Ireland, so this option couldn’t be used by users there. Abbie, 25 in Yorkshire, said she couldn’t send her packages via either InPost or Yodel because no nearby drop-off points could be found. “Royal Mail post offices are only open when I work,” she added, “so that option doesn’t work for me either.”.
Vinted did so on Monday, and the reaction was prompt and hostile. The company reacted with a statement that they “periodically test various features” on the app to make it better. They further admitted that recent changes caused some problems for users. “We heard the feedback and have decided to return the shipping options to their previous settings. No further action is needed from the members,” Vinted said in a statement.
