Milky Way Crispy Rolls Make a Comeback!

Favorite childhood snack, back in the UK, probably missing from 2022 onwards. Found in Home Bargains, consumers are delighted with its reappearance. Though there are a few complaints about its taste, in general, most eagerly await this nostalgic treat.

Good News for Chocolate Lovers!

Some of our favorite snacks have been disappearing over the years, from crisps and biscuits to even a few chocolate bars that are held dear. One such loss was Milky Way Crispy Rolls, which Mars stopped making in the UK in April 2022.

These chocolate bars, with their creamy filling inner a wafer and coated in clean chocolate, have been a early life preferred for many. News of its discontinuation turned into heartbreaking for lovers.

Currently Spotted on Shelves!

Earlier in this 12 months, Home Bargains introduced the return of Milky Way Crispy Rolls by importing them from Greece. The packs that encompass two crispy rolls had been on sale for 79p each, and hype from fanatics ensued.

Mixed Reactions

Soon after, there were complaints. Some consumers felt the new bars did not taste like the original ones. Annemarie Davies wrote they tasted “grim,” and Harryson Hollins thought they were “not as nice.”

More Chocolate Comebacks

The comeback of Milky Way Crispy Rolls isn’t often the very best fantastic news for chocolates lovers. One other greatly popular chocolate club in the 90s, Top Deck, seemed to be already re-released using Cadbury.

Top Deck Revived

Top Deck first launched in 1993. It had regular Dairy Milk chocolate on the bottom and creamy white chocolate sitting on the top. The chocolate bar vanished from shop shelves in the late 90s. Just two years ago it reappeared on sale in South Africa.

To celebrate the bicentennial, Cadbury turned its clock back and recreated the bar in the same retro packaging as the original. Nineties kids will absolutely love the nostalgic feel.

Where to Buy Top Deck

You can buy the Top Deck in Tesco Supermarkets, Booker, as well as in other locations nationwide. A 110g bar and will set you back £1.85, but remember this is likely to be dependent on outlet.

 Get Yours Before They’re Gone!

It’s now unclear how long these Top Deck bars are going to be available in the UK, so if you’re a fan you’re going to have to be quick to get them.

The return of Milky Way Crispy Rolls and Top Deck bars has filled many with happiness and nostalgia. While a few are disappointed in the taste, the sheer glee over just having these treats back really confirms how loved they must have been. Whether you’re recalling memories from your youth or tasting these for the first time, you might want to do so sooner rather than later.
