Manchester’s Luxury Bar Closes After Short Run

A fancy restaurant and bar, iKaro, which claimed to be one among Manchester’s top spots, has close down simply nine months after starting. Located within the former Panacea club on John Dalton Street, Manchester, iKaro was recognised for its lavish indoors and upscale menu.

Initially promoted as a ‘cosmopolitan seafood, grill, and Champagne bar’ iKaro featured a high-priced design with a digital show outdoor. It presented plenty of antique whiskeys and champagnes showcased in red-lit cabinets. The menu boasted excessive-give up dishes like grilled lobster tails for £44, Wagyu ribeye for £160, and Wagyu tomahawks for £250.

Even though the well-known restaurant cum bar, iKaro had a great start in September 2023, but surprisingly, the venue was permanently closed a month ago. People and clients have said that, there’s still hope that the website won’t remain empty for long because the owners have made some suggestion about new plans for it.

Owner Zack Issak helped to confirm the closure about the half-cooked news and voiced excitement about future initiatives on the property which will ultimately lead to even more economic growth of the business. He continues to expand his dining endeavors in Manchester in the interim by launching new businesses like Habbibi and Raft.

In the end, Manchester looks forward to a new chapter with impending characteristics at the renowned Panacea site, even though iKaro’s closing signifies the passing of a generation for this unique bar.
