Telecom Watchdog, a non-profit organisation, has sought sector regulator’s intervention to file a criminal case against Elon Musk-owned SpaceX for cheating following the company’s pre-booking of space broadband plans for consumers in India.
“We are writing to you highlighting a very serious event in which the
consumers are being cheated by a foreign company – Starlink Internet Services Limited registered in Ireland, a tax haven.” the letter alleged.
