Drake took yet another loss betting on sports over the weekend and this time it cost the "Money to Blow" rapper $550,000.

Drake has recently been going hard betting via the Stake app, which he has a partnership with. On May 6, he shared his latest wager with his 109 million Instagram followers, which showed he bet $550,000 on Justin Ray Gaethje to beat Charles Oliviera in UFC 274 on May 7. If Drizzy had come out on the winning end, he would have taken home $1.3 million. Instead, Oliveira ended the fight early by applying a rear-naked choke in the first round.

Drake has been taking Ls on the regular since winning over $1 million betting on the Super Bowl back in February. Back in March, Aubrey lost $275,000 betting on Jorge Masvidal to beat Colby Covington in UFC 272. Covington let Drake know about his bad decision during the post-fight press conference.

"Let's talk about all the money that Drake lost tonight," Covington told the assembled press. "He needs to go back to, you know, selling those shitty albums to get back the money. He should have went to America's Pick of the Week by mybookie[.ag]. I tried to give the people the pick of the week. I'm America's champ, and I was America's pick of the week. Drake, you suck at sports betting. Go back to your shitty little albums and rapping."

In April, Drake lost $100,000 betting on Duke to beat North Carolina in their Final Four matchup in the NCAA Tournament.

The losses seem like a lot but are really a drop in the bucket to Drake who recently reportedly inked a new deal with Universal Music Group that is estimated to be worth up to $400 million. He still has hope for one major bet. Last month, the OVO head honcho bet $200,000 that the Golden State Warriors would win the NBA's Western Conference title. The Warriors are currently up 2-1 in their seven-game series against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Young Thug

Young Thug’s missing items bring a literal meaning to the phrase “secure the bag.” In October of 2021, Thugger filed a lawsuit against JLB Peachtree Management and Pegasus Residential at Trace Midtown apartment complex in Atlanta. According to the suit, the YSL leader left a Louis Vuitton bag next to his Lamborghini in the parking lot on Nov. 1, 2020. A resident found the bag and gave it to the apartment’s concierge service. An employee then notified Thug that the LV item would be held until he came to pick it up. However, according to the rhymer’s complaint, another employee then gave the bag to an unknown person, and it hasn’t been seen since. Thugger claims the contents of the bag included a hard drive containing roughly 200 unreleased songs that are worth at least $1 million, $40,000 in cash, a diamond-flooded watch valued at $57,000 and a $37,000 diamond chain. “When Defendants released the property to an unknown individual other than Plaintiff or Plaintiff’s authorized representative, Defendants breached a duty of care,” Thug’s attorney Charles Hoffecker wrote in the lawsuit. Thug is requesting a jury trial and seeking damages and attorney’s fees.

Eminem

The whereabouts of Eminem’s lost rhyme notebook are still a mystery. Back in November of 2000, Em misplaced a book of rhymes that contained lyrics destined for tracks on D12’s debut album. Interscope Records sent a statement to media outlets with information that the spiral notebook, which had a photo of Britney Spears on the cover, was last seen by the rapper on a Delta Air Lines flight from Cincinnati to New Orleans. The label offered a reward for its return and gave out contact info. All to no avail.

In 2009, Eminem was on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and gave an update on the missing relic. “I lost a notebook one time,” Slim Shady told Kimmel. “It had like five or six songs in it, and I lost it and I never got it back. All of them ideas were, some of them I remembered, but, man, some of them were gone. Yeah, I never got it back… People were putting Britney Spears notebooks with fake lyrics in it and stuff like that on the internet. I never found it.” At this point, chances of recovery seem slim.

Kanye West

The legend of Kanye West’s stolen laptop may have gone undocumented if it weren’t for the rapper himself. In January of 2016, Ye released the Ty Dolla $ign-assisted “Real Friends” and “No More Parties in LA” featuring Kendrick Lamar, two singles off his The Life of Pablo album that detail the incident. On “Real Friends,” he spits, “I had a cousin that stole my laptop that I was fuckin’ bitches on/Paid that nigga 250,000 just to get it from him.” For “No More Parties in LA,” West rhymes, “And as far as real friends, tell all my cousins I love ’em/Even the one that stole the laptop, you dirty muthafucka.” In December of that year, the grimy details about the theft came to light. Lawrence Franklin, a different cousin of Kanye’s, told Daily Mail that Kanye initially gave the laptop in question to another family member as a gift in 2012. The cousin Kanye called out on wax then got his hands on the laptop and discovered the MC’s forgotten sex tape and threatened to leak it. In the end, Kanye paid up, according to Franklin, which caused a rift in the family and major trust issues for Ye.

ScHoolboy Q

ScHoolboy Q was probably ready to put paws on someone after his pooch was misplaced during a flight in July of 2017. The West Coast rapper ordered a French bulldog puppy that was supposed to be shipped from Denver to Burbank, Calif. However, United Airlines mistakenly put Q’s hound on a different flight to Chicago, and the rapper, who already had two other dogs at the time, ended up with someone else’s pet. The “THat Part” rhymer sent out a fiery tweet about the major mishap. “You guys r idiots [United Airlines]. HOW U PUT MY DOG ON THE WRONG FLIGHT???? I need answers,” he posted, even threatening to sue. United Airlines admitted to fault in the doggy dilemma. “We’re working as quickly as possible to reunite the pet with their owner later this evening,” the airline said in a statement. “We have reached out to our customer and sincerely apologize for this mistake and are providing a refund. Pets are part of our customers’ family, and their safety and wellbeing is of the upmost importance to us.” The following morning, Q confirmed via Snapchat that the new puppy, who he affectionately named Yeeerndamean, made it home safely.

Swae Lee

The story of Swae Lee’s stolen hard drive is proof that real life can be stranger than fiction. The Rae Sremmurd rapper’s book bag containing a hard drive, diamond watch, iPad, condoms and a mask was swiped at the Los Angeles International Airport on Dec. 14, 2020. In an attempt to get it back, Swae offered a five-figure reward. “Got 20k for anyone who found my harddrive @ LAX T2 delta airlines this morning all my songs are on there,” he wrote on his Instagram Story. Shortly after his plea, the person who had the bag created the Instagram account @SwaeLeeHardDrive and went live with the rapper while hiding his identity behind a Guy Fawkes mask and distorting his voice. $150,000 for the hard drive and a feature from Swae or Drake was demanded. One week later, Swae reported the hard drive was in the process of being returned. “We know where it’s at and it’s on the way back,” Swae Lee told GQ. The artist did not specify the details of the deal. “It’s literally like a movie, bro,” he added. “But I’m not really stressing. I’ve dealt with worse shit than this.” It’s unclear if the hard drive was ever returned.

J. Cole

Some fans will do anything to get memorabilia from their favorite artist—even if that includes doing a little pickpocketing. Back in August of 2011, J. Cole was performing in Vancouver, Canada when he noticed a few women getting handsy with him near the front of stage. Following the show, he realized his cell phone, which he’d had in his pocket while performing, was missing. After looking through footage of the concert, Cole spotted the culprit and utilized Twitter to put the word out about his pilfered possession. “To the girl in the front row with the white shirt and pink bra,” the rhymer tweeted. “Before I put this footage online of you stealin my phone out my pocket lol. Ima let you save the embarrassment and world star fame, by hittin [Ibrahim Hamad] or [DJ Dummy] so I can get that back asap. U got a few hrs.” The woman who lifted the phone eventually picked up after Cole and his team kept calling. She apologized and promised to meet the rapper and return the phone, which Cole said contained song lyrics. “It wasn’t like she was going to go pawn the phone,” Cole told 247HH.com in 2013. “She was just OD fan-mode.”

Mistah F.A.B.

Mistah F.A.B. learned a hard lesson after someone ghosted with the Oakland, Calif. rapper’s whip. In May of 2021, Fab’s Maserati SUV was stolen after he left the keys in the ride. He later put out an A.P.B. for the vehicle on Instagram. “I left my keys in my car and somebody drove off in my shit,” he wrote as the caption of a photo of himself standing next to the vehicle. “YALL SEE A BLUE MASI TRUCK Hit my fucking line!!!!!!!!!! I can’t believe this shit!!!!!!!!!!! Smh but it’s so hard to stay positive around all this FUCK SHIT!!!!!!!!!” The Instagram alert ended up working. Within 24 hours, F.A.B. had located the car with the help of people who reached out via social media. The West Coast rhymer posted video of the recovery of his property on Instagram, thanking everyone who helped him reunite with the ride. “Shit happens, but you gotta learn how to adjust,” he said on IG. “I appreciate all the calls and everything that helped get a nigga shit back.” The Maserati was missing the license plate and the thieves ransacked the ride a bit, but otherwise, the SUV was in good shape.

Lloyd Banks

The theft of Lloyd Banks’ initial sophomore album, The Big Withdraw, was an eye-opening experience for the then-G-Unit rapper. In 2005, rumors spread that the Punch Line King’s entire sophomore LP had leaked after over a dozen songs from the project mysteriously made their way to the internet. Later that year, Banks confirmed that a CD containing some of the tracks intended for that album had been stolen. He said the theft more than likely happened during a wild ménage à trois. “It’s truth to that rumor,” Banks admitted to SOHH in December of 2006. “That comes from me doing too much. I was just lost in my ways, fucked two women at one time. It’s the little things you don’t pay attention to.” Banks noticed the unmarked CD was missing shortly after the escapade and assumed one of the women had lifted it on the day of their interaction. It was a lesson learned for the Queens, N.Y. MC. Banks scrapped the project and dropped the album Rotten Apple instead in 2006. A mastered version of The Big Withdraw surfaced online featuring the original leaked tracks in 2019.

2 Chainz

With the potential to house the next unreleased smash hit or platinum project, a hard drive can be a priceless piece of technology for a rapper. In the summer of 2019, 2 Chainz was in danger of losing one of his hard drives for good when the hero, Lil Baby, came to the rescue. The circumstances surrounding how the unit got out of Chainz’s possession are unclear. As are the tactics Lil Baby used to hunt down the piece of equipment and return it to its rightful owner. However, 2 Chainz proudly credited Baby with its recovery, shouting out the My Turn rapper on Instagram on Aug. 27, 2019. “I wanna take to the time to salute and acknowledge [Lil Baby] a real street general,” 2 Chainz wrote as the caption for a photo of Baby. “Bru was able to get the hard drive back for me and [Skooly] and I appreciate that 1thousand!!!” 2 Chainz’s artist, Skooly, who presumably also had material on the hard drive was additionally appreciative of the solid act done by Lil Baby. “One of the only real niggas left in da A! No BuuShit [Lil Baby],” Skooly commented on the post.

Kash Doll

Kash Doll took over a half-a-million-dollar L when thieves made off with her jewels and a Louis Vuitton box. The Detroit rapper was participating in a music video shoot in California’s San Fernando Valley in May of 2021, when someone reportedly burglarized her car and skated with $500,000 worth of jewelry as well as the $50,000 LV box. The theft reportedly happened between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. and was facilitated by the fact that the “Ice Me Out” rhymer left her car doors unlocked. No arrests were immediately made in the case. In an Instagram post that included news of the burglary, some people weren’t so quick to offer sympathy for the loss. “That’s what happens when you got all that bread on you trying flex,” one person wrote in the comments. “Why carry 500k in cash in the first place,” another posted. “Couldn’t lock the door she must stay in the suburbs to much with that attitude,” an Instagram user added. Others were concerned for her missing possessions. “Hope it’s insured,” someone else shared. And for the naysayers claiming that Kash Doll made the whole thing up, fans came to her defense: “She don’t cap, yah wild.”’
