Taylor Swift is back to the key at the MTV EMAs for the second year in a row and, this time, it's about proving her sustained popularity and artistic talent. She will compete for seven nominations, including the Best Artist, Best Video for "Fortnight" featuring Post Malone, Best Pop, and Biggest Fans, at the 30th-anniversary event.

As such, alongside Swift, are the whole list of many other artistic performers, including Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, and Sabrina Carpenter-all of whom have five nominations. A lot of different genres and capable talents will captivate the world with their unique voices and imagination.

Other names mentioned include: BTS member Jimin, BLACKPINK's LISA, Chappell Roan, Shaboozey, and Burna Boy. The shortlists this year have proven that music cuts across borders, with so much talent bursting out from all corners of the world.

MTV EMAs promise a night to remember on Sunday, 10 November, at Manchester's Co-op Live with performances nobody will forget, awards that will be pretty thrilling, and appearances by stars.
