Kate Middleton will attend the Wimbledon men's final on Sunday and present the trophy, despite recently stepping back from public duties, Kensington Palace confirmed.

Officials from Wimbledon had expressed hope that Kate, an avid tennis fan and amateur player who presented the trophies last year, would return for this year's final. All England Club chair Debbie Jevans mentioned, "We’re hopeful that the Princess of Wales will be able to present the trophies as the Club’s patron, but her health and recovery is the priority."

Kate announced her step back from royal duties in March after revealing her cancer diagnosis in a surprise video on social media. She is currently undergoing preventative treatment.

Meanwhile, Prince William will be traveling to Berlin for the Euro 2024 final, where England will face Spain. He will be joined by Britain's new Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, as they support the men's team, which is looking to improve on their 2020 final stage loss against Italy.
