I realised that the best technology doesn’t just work, it resonates. It solves problems in a way that feels seamless, inclusive, and empowering.

To stay current, I combine hands-on experimentation with a deep culture of continuous learning. I read product and design journals, participate in professional communities, mentor others (which sharpens my own thinking), and explore adjacent industries for fresh insights. I’m particularly focused on emerging tech trends, AI integration into user journeys, and ethical innovation. I’m also an advocate for cross-functional collaboration, so a lot of my learning happens in real time through dialogue, prototyping, retrospectives, and by staying open to being challenged.
