Crown Group has opened discussions on potential future cooperation with A+ Developments following a meeting between senior representatives of both organisations at SEREDO 2026, the Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition held at Jeddah Superdome from 6 to 8 September 2026.
The fifth edition of SEREDO brought together property developers, investors, financial institutions, government and private-sector entities, and real estate professionals from Saudi Arabia and abroad. With more than 50 participating organisations and approximately 35,000 visitors, the exhibition provided an important platform for presenting projects, exploring investment opportunities, and developing regional and international business relationships.
A+ Developments attracted significant interest during the exhibition as one of Egypt’s prominent and promising real estate development companies. The company presented a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, administrative, medical, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, with a strong presence across West Cairo, October Gardens, and Sheikh Zayed City.
Established in 2013, A+ Developments has, according to its published corporate information, an investment portfolio valued at more than EGP 8 billion and a track record that includes over ten residential projects alongside several commercial and administrative developments.
The company’s portfolio includes The Address Mega Mall in October Gardens, covering approximately 14,300 square metres, and Shadows Business Park, a commercial, administrative, medical, and hospitality development extending over approximately 15,300 square metres. Its portfolio also includes Jiran Residence, Connect 4 Plaza, and other projects reflecting the company’s expansion strategy and its focus on offering diverse opportunities to customers and investors.
Throughout the exhibition, the A+ Developments sales team presented the company’s projects and investment opportunities to Saudi citizens, residents, and investors. Their efforts supported direct engagement with potential customers and strengthened awareness of the opportunities available in Egypt’s property market.
During the exhibition, Mr. Fady Ali, Commercial Director of Crown Group, had the pleasure of meeting Eng. Ahmed Ali, Chairman of A+ Developments, together with Eng. Ayman Helmy and Eng. Amr Ismail.
The meeting provided an opportunity to learn more about A+ Developments’ vision, project portfolio, and future expansion plans. The parties also discussed potential areas of cooperation and ways to strengthen business connections between Egyptian and Saudi companies, supporting the growing economic and investment relationship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
