A disgruntled IAS official on Saturday recorded a protest looking for an argument against Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and a few high-ranking representatives in the state.

Sudhir Kumar, a 1987 bunch IAS official, arrived at the Gardanibagh police headquarters around early afternoon and was purportedly made to sit tight for four hours before he was given a receipt of his composed objection.
