According to an exclusive report from K-media on January 2, Jisoo has officially become a part of Blissoo, a subsidiary entertainment startup under Biomom, Inc., where her brother serves as the CEO. Fueling the speculation further, Blissoo recently posted a job listing featuring Jisoo's image while actively seeking experienced professionals.

The report also delves into the solo debut plans of Jisoo, who is set to release her solo artist album in 2023 under the banner of Blissoo.

This move follows in the footsteps of fellow BLACKPINK member Jennie, who established her own label, OA, and has since been teasing potential releases through various social media platforms.

When questioned about the relationship between Biomom, Inc. and Blissoo, a spokesperson declined to comment, stating, "It's complicated to define the company's relationship with Blissoo. I don't know the CEO's family relationship either."

In a strategic decision, all four members of BLACKPINK—Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rose—chose not to renew their individual contracts with YG Entertainment, despite renewing their group contract with the label.
