Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have four children, and Kim has experienced four pregnancies to bring them into the world. The couple welcomed their first child, North West, in 2013. North was born naturally, and Kim and Kanye were thrilled to welcome their first child into the world.

Finally, in 2019, Kim and Kanye welcomed their fourth child, Psalm West, via a surrogate. Kim and Kanye decided to use a surrogate for Psalm for the same reasons they used a surrogate for Chicago.
Kim has experienced four pregnancies in total, two of which were natural and two of which were carried by surrogates. Kim and Kanye are proud parents of four children and are thankful for the safe arrival of each of their children.
